Please create a new account using your email. You will use one log-in to schedule an appointment at any of our three HAUS Salon locations.

At this time, our booking software does not have a client portal option where you can view your booked appointments. We expect this offering to be live sometime in 2023. In the meantime, you can adjust your appointment using the confirmation email, or text, call or email us using the info below.


WANT to minimize conversation during your appointment?

You can add a note on your appointment requesting a “quiet service”. While our salons are typically busy and bustling, this selection will alert your provider that outside of the consultation you’d prefer minimal conversation. Booked already and forgot to add a note? No problem, just let the desk know when you check in and we’ll ensure your provider is aware.

WANT to talk to us over the phone?

The best times to reach us by phone are between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Our phone lines and front desk are often busy, which means you may need to leave a message so we can call you back. We respond to all voicemail messages by the end of the day that they are left on. Any messages left after hours are returned the following business day.

WE’ve made a few changes to how you book your color

If you’ve previously received a Single Process Color you’ll now have two customized options when booking:

Base Color Touch-up:
Previously named Single Process Color.
For those who have had their hair colored previously and are looking to touch up their roots please select the service titled “Color Refresh”.

This service will touch up your solid root color at the chair and refresh ends with a gloss treatment at the shampoo bowl. This is the perfect choice for maintaining your current hair color and/or providing excellent gray coverage. This service does not include dimension.

All Over Color:
A more intensive version of the previously named service Single Process Color.
Changing your hair up entirely and in need of an all over color that changes the tone, depth and color of your hair from one different to that you are coming in with? You’ll want to choose an “All Over Color”.

For this service while at the chair, your roots are meticulously touched up while the color application is expertly extended from roots to ends. To ensure enduring results, an additional gloss is carefully layered in after shampooing. This technique enhances vibrancy for redheads and brunettes, resulting in a stunning, polished look. This is the perfect choice if you are looking for a single color/tone change.

Please note, this service can take your hair darker or more vibrant at the same level your hair currently lives at, but if you are wanting to go all over lighter you’ll need to book a consult as most often when going all over lighter you’ll need a more intensive service such as a Bleach and Tone. HAUS SALON POLICIES

At HAUS Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

  • Products are eligible for a return up to 14 days from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase- either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Tools, brushes, and accessories are not eligible for return.

    Please take time and care when selecting your purchases. If you would like to try a product before purchasing you can contact us at the salon to try a sample.

  • We are an intentionally inclusive company and welcome all into our salons. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, makes a member of our staff uncomfortable in any way.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 14 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.

  • Tips are not required but always appreciated. You are able to leave gratuity for your provider via cash or credit card. We utilize software that allows you to review your services visually using a tablet, anyone who helps you during your service will show up with an option to tip. Tipping is always optional, and all gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

  • Face masks are optional in our salons in alignment with Minneapolis and St. Paul lifting their indoor mask mandates. Upon request, your HAUS Artist will be happy to wear a mask during your service if you prefer.

  • HAUS Salon is a sustainable salon and partnering with Green Circle Salons to reduce the amount of waste we send to landfills. We are able to separate out our salon-specific waste such as foils, hair clippings, hair color, and wax strips and send these particular items to recycling facilities that repurpose them. To make this type of recycling possible, our services include an Environmental Stewardship Fee (ESF) of $3 per visit.
