WANT to minimize conversation during your appointment?

You can add a note on your appointment requesting a “quiet service”. While our salons are typically busy and bustling, this selection will alert your provider that outside of the consultation you’d prefer minimal conversation. Booked already and forgot to add a note? No problem, just let the desk know when you check in and we’ll ensure your provider is aware.

WANT to talk to us over the phone?

The best times to reach us by phone are between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Our phone lines and front desk are often busy, which means you may need to leave a message so we can call you back. We respond to all voicemail messages by the end of the day that they are left on. Any messages left after hours are returned the following business day.

HAUS SALON POLICIES

At HAUS Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete.
