We’ve simplified our menu so booking is easier than ever. Instead of foils or balayage, you’ll now see Dimensional Color. Here’s how to choose the right service:

Booking Guide:

Partial Dimension → If you used to book Partial Foil or Partial Balayage. Great for subtle brightness or refreshing your look without a full application.

Full Dimension → If you used to book Full Foil or Full Balayage. Designed for more comprehensive coverage and consistent brightness throughout. (This is not a bleach + tone — it’s still dimensional color.)

Micro Partial Dimension → If you used to book a Micro Partial Foil or Balayage. A step up from Partial — adding more brightness and dimension for an enhanced result.

Micro Full Dimension → If you used to book a Micro Full Foil or Balayage. The premium choice for maximum blonding, seamless blending, or extra coverage on thick/long hair.
(This is not a bleach + tone — it’s still dimensional color.)

Quick Tip:

  • Partial = targeted dimension

  • Full = comprehensive dimension

  • Micro Partial = a step up from Partial with extra brightness + dimension

  • Micro Full = premium transformation with maximum coverage + blending

Reminder:
Your stylist will always choose the right technique (foils, balayage, or both) to achieve your look. You just choose the level of dimension.

WANT to minimize conversation during your appointment?

You can add a note on your appointment requesting a “quiet service”. While our salons are typically busy and bustling, this selection will alert your provider that outside of the consultation you’d prefer minimal conversation. Booked already and forgot to add a note? No problem, just let the desk know when you check in and we’ll ensure your provider is aware.

WANT to talk to us over the phone?

The best times to reach us by phone are between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Our phone lines and front desk are often busy, which means you may need to leave a message so we can call you back. We respond to all voicemail messages by the end of the day that they are left on. Any messages left after hours are returned the following business day.

If you are calling us to cancel an appointment, please try texting us! It comes through to our front desk and provides a faster experience for you. Need to reschedule your appointment or can’t remember when your next appointment is? You can text us about that too!

HAUS SALON POLICIES

At HAUS Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

  • Products are eligible for a return up to 14 days from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase- either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Tools, brushes, and accessories are not eligible for return.

    Please take time and care when selecting your purchases. If you would like to try a product before purchasing you can contact us at the salon to try a sample.

  • We are an intentionally inclusive company and welcome all into our salons. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, makes a member of our staff uncomfortable in any way.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 14 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.

  • Tips are not required but always appreciated. You are able to leave gratuity for your provider via cash or credit card. We utilize software that allows you to review your services visually using a tablet, anyone who helps you during your service will show up with an option to tip. Tipping is always optional, and all gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

  • Face masks are optional in our salons in alignment with Minneapolis and St. Paul lifting their indoor mask mandates. Upon request, your HAUS Artist will be happy to wear a mask during your service if you prefer.

  • HAUS Salon is a sustainable salon and partnering with Green Circle Salons to reduce the amount of waste we send to landfills. We are able to separate out our salon-specific waste such as foils, hair clippings, hair color, and wax strips and send these particular items to recycling facilities that repurpose them. To make this type of recycling possible, our services include an Environmental Stewardship Fee (ESF) of $3 per visit.
