If you visit more than one HAUS Salon for services, our online booking software requires that you create an account for each salon you visit when booking your first appointment. This software also requires you to choose a gender when creating your online profile. At HAUS Salon we choose gender-inclusivity and the comfort of our guests is always our first priority, so we have respectfully requested that the software company remove this requirement.
CANCELLATION POLICY + LATE POLICY
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice to allow your service provider time to reorganize their busy schedule for a client from the waiting list. Also, if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 14 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.
